ACV-Spain Information: Booking Conditions

 

  

El servicio alquiler por estancia corta es entre el arrendador de la casa y usted. acv-spain.com sólo informa, asesora y gestiona el pago. El servicio de alquiler es responsabilidad del arrendador.
No son hoteles, no son aparta-hotel o similar, es una VIVIENDA . El servicio que contrata es de "alquiler", y ningún otro más (ver ó solicite el contrato de arrendamiento). Cualquier otro servicio o valor añadido es por cortesía y nunca se puede considerar como parte de lo contratado.

Una vez firmado el contrato usted está aceptando el estado de la casa y sus muebles (consultar el contrato, apartado "UNO. OBJETO").

This is a rental service for short stay between the landlord of the house and you. acv-spain.com only informs, advises and handles payment. The rental service is the responsibility of the lessor. Any other services are not the responsibility of acv-spain.com
Is not a hotel, is not an apartment-hotel or similar, IS A HOME. The service, which you hire, is to "rent", no other (see or request the contract).

Once signed the contract you are accepting the condition of the house and furniture (consult the contract, part "ONE. OBJECT")
 

  (*) If the arrival is later of 20:00 pm or exit before 10:00 am it can have an additional cost of 60 euros.
